• Agile proqram təminatı mühəndisliyi sahəsində komandanın uğurunu təmin etmək üçün davamlı dəstək və kouçinqin göstərilməsi
• Komanda daxilində kollektiv qərar qəbul etmə, hədəflərin qoyulması və münaqişələrin həllinə aparan müzakirələri təşkil etmək və bu proseslərin effektivliyini təmin etmək
• Lazım olduqda komanda işində yaranan riskləri və xarici asılılıqları aktiv şəkildə idarə etmək, çətinlikləri aradan qaldırmaq və ya onların aradan qaldırılmasını təşkil etmək
• Qarşılıqlı etibarlı və təhlükəsiz komanda mühiti yaratmaq üçün Scrum komandası daxilində açıq ünsiyyəti mümkün edəcək müvafiq vasitələrin (məsələn, tracker lövhələri, JIRA) yaradılması və saxlanması üçün cavabdeh olmaq
• Davamlı olaraq nəticələr üçün komandanın birgə öhdəlik götürməsini təmin etmək və məhsuldarlıq məsələlərini həll etməklə komandanın performansını yaxşılaşdırmağa çalışmaq

Namizədə tələblər:

• Scrum metodologiyasının biznes kontekstində tətbiqi sahəsində minimum 3 illik iş təcrübəsi olan;
• Scrum metodologiyasının tətbiq olunduğu və sizin Scrum Master rolunda olduğunuz uğurla yekunlaşmış ən azı bir layihəsi olan;
• Proqram təminatlarının mühəndisliyi və ya Layihələrin idarə olunması sahəsində təcrübə daxil olmaqla uğurla yekunlaşdırılmış 3 texniki layihəsi olan;
• Proqram tərtibatı və mühəndisliyi sahəsində ümumi təcrübəsi olan;
• Certified Scrum Master sertifikasiyası (CSM) olan (arzuolunandır);
• Yüksək motivasiyalı təşəbbüskar və eyni zamanda professional yanaşmalı komanda oyunçusu olan;
• Agile (çevik) proqram təminatlarının hazırlanması prosesi sahəsində bilikləri (məsələn, XP, Kanban, Scrum) olan;
• Geniş yayılmış və effektiv Agile üsullarını bilən: İstifadəçi hekayələri, Test-əsaslı mühəndislik, Davamlı inteqrasiya, Davamlı testinq, Cüt proqramlaşdırma, Avtomatlaşdırılmış testinq, Agile Oyunları və s.
• Komandanın istifadə etdiyi texnologiyalar barədə tətbiq oluna biləcək bilikləri olan;
• Agile mühitində tətbiq olunan digər geniş yayılmış üsullar və nümunələr ilə yaxından tanışlığı olan (məsələn, Burndown diaqramı, müxtəlif Retrospektiv formatları, qüsurların idarə olunması və s.)
• Konstruktiv ünsiyyət və mentorluq bacarıqları olan bir şəxsdir
