HR-AZ.com xəbər verir ki, bu, Prezident İlham Əliyevin bu gün təsdiqlədiyi “Məhkəmələr və hakimlər haqqında” qanuna edilən dəyişiklikdə əksini tapıb.

İndiyə qədər Ali Məhkəmənin sədrinə Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisi Sədrinin aylıq vəzifə maaşı (2475 manat) həcmində maaş ödənilib. Qanuna əsasən, Ali Məhkəmənin sədrinə 3550 manat maaş ödəniləcək. O cümlədən qüvvədə olan qanuna görə, yenə Ali Məhkəmənin sədrinə bir aylıq vəzifə maaşı həcmində vəzifə maaşına əlavə ödəniləcək. Yəni Ali Məhkəmənin sədrinə vəzifə maaşı və vəzifə maaşına əlavə olmaqla, ümumilikdə aylıq 7 100 manat ödəniş veriləcək.

Hakimlərə isə aşağıdakı məbləğdə aylıq vəzifə maaşları müəyyən edilir və onlara bir aylıq vəzifə maaşı həcmində vəzifə maaşına əlavə ödənilir:

– Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikası Ali Məhkəməsinin və apellyasiya məhkəmələrinin sədrlərinə ali məhkəmə sədrinin vəzifə maaşının 90 faizi həcmində

– ağır cinayətlər məhkəmələrinin, Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikası ağır cinayətlər məhkəməsinin, hərbi məhkəmələrin, inzibati məhkəmələrin və kommersiya məhkəmələrinin sədrlərinə Ali Məhkəmə sədrinin vəzifə maaşının 80 faizi həcmində

– digər məhkəmələrin sədrlərinə Ali məhkəmə sədrinin vəzifə maaşının 70 faizi həcmində

bütün məhkəmələrin sədr müavinlərə müvafiq məhkəmə sədrinin vəzifə maaşlarının 90 faizi həcmində;

– Ali Məhkəmənin, Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikası Ali Məhkəməsinin və apellyasiya məhkəmələrinin kollegiya sədrlərinə müvafiq məhkəmə sədrinin vəzifə maaşının 85 faizi həcmində;

– bütün məhkəmələrin hakimlərinə müvafiq məhkəmə sədrinin vəzifə maaşlarının 80 faizi həcmində müəyyən edilir.

Beləliklə, dijər məhkəmə sədrlərinin və hakimlərin maaşı Ali Məhkəmənin sədrinin maaşı ilə tənzimləndiyi üçün həmin məhkəmə sədrləri və hakimlərin də maaşı müvafiq faizlər nisbətində artacaq.

Qanuna əsasən, hakimlərə məzuniyyətə çıxdığı vaxt verilən iki aylıq əmək haqqı məbləğində müavinət isə ləğv olunur.

O cümlədən hakimlərə müalicə olunmaları üçün onların iki aylıq əmək haqqı məbləğində müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanı tərəfindən müəyyən edilmiş qaydada pul təminatı verilməsi də dayandırılır.
