Bakıda "İnsana dəyər" şüarı altında 3-cü MİRF - Milli İnsan Resursları Forumu baş tutacaq.

AzNews.info xəbər verir ki, forum 29 sentyabr 2017 - ci il tarixində Bakı şəhərində, Bül-bül prospekti, 20 ünvanında yerləşən Nizami Kino Mərkəzində baş tutacaq.

Milli İnsan Resursları Forumu (MİRF) ölkəmizdə insan resursları sahəsində görülən işlər, milli keyslər, bu sahədəki beynəlxalq trendlər və onların lokal tətbiqlərinin sahənin peşəkarları tərəfindən müzakirə olunduğu tədbirdir. MİRF bu sahədə çalışan və insan resurslarının inkişafında könüllü olan iş adamları tərəfindən qeyri-kommersiya əsasları ilə illik olaraq keçirilməkdədir.
Forumun əsas məqsədi insan resursları sahəsindəki yerli təcrübələrin paylaşılması, bu sahədə olan problemlərin ictimailəşdirilməsi və həlli üçün peşəkar müzakirələrin təşkil olunmasıdır.
Forumda insan resursları sahəsində çalışan peşəkarlar, şirkət rəhbərləri və təsisçiləri, təlimçilər, tədris mərkəzləri işçiləri, bu sahə üzrə təhsil sistemi işçiləri və yeni çalışmağa başlayanlar və sahəyə marağı olan hərkəs iştirak edə bilər.

Bu ilki MİRF-də spiker qismində Anar Bayramov, Murad Rəfiyev, Sevda Məmmədova, Mazarina MMC-nin İnsan Resursları Direktoru Nərgiz Seyidzadə, GoldenPay şirkətinin direktoru Farid Ismayilzadə, Qafqaz otellər qrupunun bölgə müdiri Ali Hasdemir, Sabah qruplarının İcraçı direktoru Şahin Seyidzadə, Azersun Akademiyanın direktoru Cəlal Eynullayev, Tural Məmmədov, Xəqani Səfərov, Coşqun İmanquliyev, Orxan İsayev, Şamo Mürşüdov və digər tanınmış menecerlər əmək bazarına daxil olan yeni işçi qüvvəsinin xarakteristikası və əmək bazarında gələcəkdə yaranacaq tələblər, startup və oturuşmuş şirkətin idarə edilməsi arasındakı fərq, şirkət strategiyasında HRM'in rolu, görünən və görünməyən CEO, kadr kargüzarlığından İnsan Resurslarının idarəedilməsinə sistemli keçid, müsbət və mənfi tərəfləri, İRİ-n hüquqi əsasları və sairə mövzulardan bəhs edəcəklər.
